a gallery by Edmund Tham (one of the World's Top 9 WPJA Wedding Photographers in 2008). This gallery is an extension of our office and functions as a place to showcase our masterpieces. Beside that, this gallery also doubles up as a creative place for friends / photographers to gather and share their thoughts together.
Edmund is a graphic design graduate with years of experience in the advertising and events management industry whose love for photography began during his teenage years while working as an assistant at a photography studio. This love affair blossomed over the years and breathed life to eGallery. Edmund believes that great photography goes beyond skilled hands and technical know-how. Most importantly, it requires an expressive mind, a keen eye and a kindred heart to grasp the finer details, thus revealing emotions that speak volumes. My vision is simple: to boost the level of Malaysian wedding photography making it on par with international standards.

This lovely couple met each other back in February 2006, the day UTM held the IEEE Career Fair for engineering faculty students. Vivian was part of the commitee for her university and Keng Siang was from HP which was one of the participating company in recruiting newly graduated students.
Keng Siang first laid eyes on Vivian when she was on stage carrying a tray presenting souvenirs to special VIP guests. Fate also played a part in putting Vivian in charge of Keng Siang’s company arrangements. At the end of the day, Keng Siang managed to get Vivian phone number and eventually asked her out for a date. First date led to many dates. They were inseparable ever since!

5th Place in Creative Portrait Category, Q1 AGWPJA 2010
Judges Comment: I love the light, detail and composition. The white of the dress against the blue is striking and I really like the body position and gesture of the bride and groom. Great Job.

I been called up by Commercial Concept magazine sometimes last month. They interested to feature my office and a short interview with me. Basically the article is nothing about photography, is all about the interior concept. The concept behind is “RAW” with concrete finishing. I like something simple and natural, since 2 years back when i renovating my First house i already want to apply onto it. Because of certain problems, i didn’t used much concrete finishing for my house.
So when i got my new office, the “RAW” concept keep on flashing through my brain and i almost got all the design and ideas stretch out in the stretch book. I shown it to my interior design friend and ask him to for consultation and improve on the design and draw out the proper plans for me. After the wet work and build in furnishing done. The furniture’s and decor is the most headache part, we been to so many furniture shops and finally we found what we want at a shop located in Desa Petaling selling all these designer furniture’s.
Let me share with you the article in Commercial Concpet Magazine…
I would like to say a big thanks to Elizabeth and Moon giving me such a good chance to featured in Commercial Concept Magazine.
I went to Sydney with Kah Khiang & Pei Yong for the pre wedding shoot and i also covered their wedding day in KL. What i could say is they really a wonderful couple. They are sweet, friendly and welcoming peoples, they treat me well make me feel like travel more then working. I really appreciate the wonderful experience they gave me through out the Sydney trip.
As my request, here is the short love story about the lovely couple Kah Khiang & Pei Yong…
I was a shy guy when I first met pei yong in 1999. Thinking it was impossible to court her considering I’m living in Australia, I had to admire this angel from afar. But one day, cupid came knocking at my door. It was summer of 2006 when I invited PY to Sydney for a holiday and she accepted (cupid must have done a great job! I thought). Ever since then, we’ve been globetrotting, or should I say, gallivanting from one country to another (as we both share the passion of travelling and exploring the world), sharing our visions and dreams, love and joy.
Our relationship may seem very ordinary for most but it is in fact, somewhat, a path less travelled. We’ve been apart, living in different parts of the world for the longest time, even from the beginning. But is the glass half full? I’d think so as it has been a wonderful experience for the both of us. Being apart makes us cherish the days when we’re together, every moment is precious and every event, memorable. Finally, I decided to bring our distant relationship to an end and share our lives together. It may not be a Cinderella love story but my proposal to PY under a clear, full moon night in an ancient Indian Palace was pretty fairytale-like ( at least in her opinion) and I may not be the knight in shiny armor but I’ll whisk my princess off to happily ever after. We now look forward to building our future in Sydney. may this beautiful and magical city bring us sweet memories reminiscent of all the happy times we had.
I would like to share some of my favourite photos of the lovely couple…

Message from the couple:
Having Edmund as our photographer has been one of the best decision we made. We had a lot of fun during our pre wedding photos in Sydney despite the long hours, and he was passionate and hardworking from beginning till the end. We thank Edmund for all the effort he has put in to create such an unforgettable experience for us. We had excellent feedbacks from friends and family, that our album is the best they’ve seen. We have to agree that the pictures turned out almost magical.
